The rewards system is a very simple system that was not part of our original feature-set. However, a user requested it so we made it available to everyone. You can disable it (hide it from the user menu) in your Admin Settings.
If you wish to use it, it’s quite simple. Let’s say you want to give your listeners a prize, like a t-shirt, for completing xx number of surveys. First, create a 300×250 graphic (or similar size) depecting the “coupon” you want to show. When you upload it, set the number of surveys required for that reward/coupon to “show”. Let’s say 10.
Now, when user has completed 10 surveys and click on “rewards” they will be shown that coupon and can act upon it. Since the image could be copied and distributed, we would suggest checking recipients against your actual user database to verify their participation.
if you have multiple rewards/coupons, they can each have different thresholds associated. So if you had 5 coupons representing 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 surveys completed, the person with 50 surveys would see all 5, the person with 30 the first 3, etc.
