We’ve just added two new features to Songscore. First, you can now change your logo without logging a support request. You’ll find this under the settings tab (see image below). If you change your logo at Christmas or just have an update, this will come in handy.

Several clients has asked for the ability to hide song titles or artists or both, and now you can control that on your own. Just look under Settings and scroll down to the fields for titles and artists:

Another cool new feature is the ability to export your survey results after sorting them. Previously you could only download the entire sample (which you can still do) but now you can sort by any of the factors and download your new custom output to a CSV file. Enjoy!

Now in your custom question results, you will see bar graphs for the results on any multiple choice question. This will make looking over results easier at a glance.

We are happy to announce the arrival of a complete HTML email editor as part of your SongScore dashboard. This is a full-featured email engine with many features:

– WYSIWYG editor for easy composition. Add photos/logos, links, text formatting and more
– Template creation. You can create a template and use it every week to save time.
– Schedule your emails ahead of time
– track opens, clicks, deliveries, bounces and more.
– use custom tags to include names, username or even passwords for your users.

The video below gives a brief overview of the new program. The templates are a very powerful feature. If you have a web designer or html person on your staff, ask them about creating an inline CSS email template. They may be able to create a beautiful template that you can save into your templates area and use to send out custom looking emails that really stand out!
