Songscore now offers concierge service for a limited number of clients. This service includes custom design and implementation of a beautiful, responsive email template along with all variations for welcome emails, new survey notices, recaps and more. The concierge service also allows you to send promotional emails to your database which are not related to music surveys if you choose, and to have those email sent from a custom email address on your domain, such as “musicteam@stationname.com”.
We have limited space for concierge clients, so once we are a full we will initiate a waiting list for future spots.
Your concierge service includes:
- Custom designed email templates for surveys, welcome messages, password resets and more.
- Set up of auto-responder for new panel members to get them involved with a sample survey right away.
- We’ll update your newsletter template designs once per year at no additional charge.
- Send up to 10,000 NON-SURVEY emails per month in addition to your survey emails. Use for marketing, station newsletters and promotions.
- Monthly tips on attracting more panelists
- Monthly tips on getting more responses
- National survey averages for top songs (if format available)
- Suggested promo and liner copy for recruiting on-air and social
- Suggested social media graphics and videos for attracting new panelists.
- Personalized help with interpreting results and trends
- Optional once-per-quarter personal call/zoom for personalized training and help
This is an add-on service to your existing Songscore account and is billed separately. You may cancel anytime without affecting your Songscore account, however you must keep your subscription a minimum of 3 months in order to keep the email templates in your account. After 3 months they are yours to keep regardless of service.
